If you have received confirmation of Covid-19 within your premises, or if you’re looking for a preventative measure, Clear Choice can help.
Our mobile workforce is ready to act for all preventative cleans, and taking it a step further, we have also set up emergency response deep cleaning teams, prepared to be mobilised in any incident.
We can provide all of the documentation you require upon request, including appropriate risk assessments and method statements.
Currently, and in most cases, the most preferred method and option are that of a deep clean with the environmentally friendly Microcide Verto. This is a hard surface sanitizer and electrostatic fog that will be applied as a spray due to it being non-toxic and a non-irritant. Providing a strong barrier this disinfectant IS effective against Coronavirus, Norovirus, Salmonella, E. coli, HN1, MRSA, and any other harmful bacteria and viruses that may be lurking.
This disinfectant is also safe and extremely effective on electronic surfaces, office furniture, and files/paper.
We pride ourselves on putting our employee’s safety first, and we have spoken to all members of the Clear Choice team, communicating with them Government advice and guidance, alongside our own, relating to what we can do as a team to help reduce the spread of infection, in our own homes and across our client’s premises too.
You can have complete peace of mind that all our cleaning operatives have the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to tackle these new challenges head-on.
We also have strict monitoring procedures in place, where we are asking for further information from any of our team who are taking holidays, returning from holidays, as well as speaking to any new members of staff who have recently joined our team.
If any of our team develop any of the symptoms of the virus, they will be advised to self-isolate for the appropriate length of time.
If a member of our team is self-isolating, we will endeavour to let our customers know at the earliest convenience. Letting you know of any changes to staffing or cleaning schedules, so you are fully aware of who will be coming to your premises. In addition, we ensure that all our staff self-isolate for the required time.
Costs will all be dependent on the size of area(s) to be sanitised and outbreak level, and we will discuss each case on an individual basis. .
However, please note, we’re open and honest will all of our prices, with no hidden charges and certainly no hidden extras.
At present, we are operating to a 2-working day turnaround; however, we are monitoring this situation regularly as further developments arise.
If a case has been confirmed and identified, a 48-hour minimum lead will apply, and this is to help minimise the risk of infection to cleaning teams.
Clients reporting confirmed cases
If one of our customers highlights a confirmed case, we would advise:
- Closing your premises for two weeks.
- Allow Clear Choice to carry out a deep clean and electrostatic fogging clean (typically carried out on day three of shut down).
- As cleaning staff will need to self-isolate, no cleaning to take place for two weeks.
