You have decided to switch facilities management providers. What now? By integrating all facility management services within one contract and having only one point of contact, you receive the benefit of saving money and increasing productivity. At this point, it is important to take the time and re-evaluate what is important to your business, so we understand your needs and can create a tailored and proactive management agreement that will allow you to save time and concentrate on your own business and work.
To further ease the process for you, we took the time to create a comprehensive step-by-step guide, that will lead you without stress and headache to the desired result.
STEP 1: CONSULTATION
We will arrange a consultation so that you can introduce the needs of your business and the services you require. We usually integrate, where possible considering the challenges of the current time, a visit of one or more of our specialists to your premises, who will make a professional assessment of current and potential future requirements.
STEP 2: PAPERWORK
To be able to proceed swiftly with the switch, we will require the following documents:
- A copy of the contract or contracts of any existing supplier/s and the services you have employed up to this point. The information will inform our proposal and help us create your process tracker.
- A signed copy of our non-disclosure agreement, which allows us to review and evaluate information while keeping total confidentiality.
- Last but not least, we require a signed copy of our Letter of Authority, granting us the authority to consult and work out contracts accordingly.
STEP 3: ACTION
At this point, we will have agreed on the final contents of the contract. We will provide you with a detailed action plan and process tracker, which contain comprehensive information on each step of the process up until the delivery start of our services.
