Step 1 – Book your consultation

A member of our friendly Clear Choice team will be in touch to arrange a consultation with you and your team so we can further understand your needs, the needs of the business, and the services you require. We will also look to integrate, where possible, current economic situations and challenges (current pandemic, for example) where you may need additional services for a short period.   

One of our specialists will then visit your premises to carry out a professional assessment of current and future requirements. 

Step 2 – The paperwork

To help keep the switch effective and efficient, we will ask for the following documents to help us move forward: 

  1. A copy of the contract or contracts of any existing supplier/s and the facilities services you have employed up to this point. This information will help to inform our proposal and help us to create a robust progress tracker. 
  2. A signed copy of our non-disclosure agreement, which allows us to review and evaluate information while keeping total confidentiality. 
  3. Last but not least, we require a signed copy of our Letter of Authority, granting us the authority to consult and work out contracts accordingly. 
Step 3 – Action

Now all the final content of the contract has been agreed; we get to work! We will provide you with a detailed action plan and process tracker, which will contain comprehensive information on each step of the process until our services’ delivery date.

How long will the switching process take?

To fulfil our promise, we will require the following documents from you: 

  1. Copy of any contract(s) you currently have in place. 
  2. Signed copy of our Non-Disclosure Agreement. 
  3. Letter of Authority, signed, allowing us to act on your behalf.
